  • Flexibility and ability to travel internationnaly to represent the company
  • Business to Business customer service experience
  • Data management and data analysis experience
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A team player that can also work independently
  • A great communicator with a passion for customer service
  • The ability to multitask and work under timelines is a necessity in this role
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage fluid priorities and assignments

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and implement different training programs
  • Offer technical support
  • Oversee the technical call process on a daily basis
  • Ensure that technical call quality and response is functional and effective
  • Continuously improve procedures for technical calls
  • Follow up on all inbound technical calls with certain resolutions to close cases
  • Implement technical call assurance programs for customers through technical case file information
  • Compile information into a scorecard for evaluation and analysis
  • Create and implementer-training certification programs
  • Participate in certain product demonstrations and other presentations to clients
  • Develop proactive ways to better educate customers with respect to service applications
  • Participate in developing training tools, such as videos, EPP training guides, and webbinars
  • Must be able to travel for long and short periods of time.
